Frequently Asked Questions
In order to achieve 100% transparency before you book us as your wedding or event planner, we've compiled a list of some of our favorite and most common questions to answer. If you still have any questions feel free to contact us today and we'll be sure to answer!
Why should I hire an event/wedding planner?
Event planners are pros at what they do - which happens to be a lot. Someone once told me we're "professionals at keeping the party going". We keep everything about your event organized, on a timeline, within budget, and make sure it's the event of your dreams.
Do you travel internationally for events?
Sure do! We have experience producing large scale festivals in International countries, as well as personal travel to over 40+ countries. Just ask and we're there!
Does your team produce other events besides weddings?
Yes! While our website may seem catered more towards weddings, we have experience producing multiple other styles of events: concerts, corporate events, anniversary parties, birthdays - we do it all.
What is your travel fee?
We're based in San Francisco, so a travel fee applies to events that are 60+ miles outside of the city. If a flight is required that will be in the travel fee. If a hotel is required, that will also be in the travel fee. Travel fees will be billed back to you at the conclusion of your event.
Will you be there for the day of?
Yep! We make sure all of the hard planning work we've done leading up to your event gets taken care of with our own hands day-of. Depending on the size of your event, our team will scale with either 2-10 people to make sure everything is taken care of.
What is your invoicing / payment plan process like?
Once you decide you want to move forward with us as your party pros, we send a contract with all the fun details laid out in it. Once the contract is signed and returned, we issue an invoice for a 25% deposit to secure us for the date. After that, we split up the payments over time in a way that works mutually beneficial for both parties (that's you) with all payments due 30 days prior to the event.
